Truckers need more places to pull over, catch 40 winks
The Flying J Travel Plaza in the Port of Tacoma fills up with big rigs pretty quickly most days, so long-haul trucker Andy Tapia has to scramble to find a place to park and catch some shut-eye if he gets into town too late.
